Does Advanced Skin Care offer complimentary consultations?

At Advanced Skin Care and Laser Center, our goal is to help you reach all your skincare dreams. With this, we are delighted to offer your first consultation completely free of charge.

Whether you are new to our clinic or a long-time patient, you will meet with one of our highly experienced and qualified practitioners who will listen to your goals and concerns and work to answer all your questions and provide recommendations tailored to your specific needs. What forms of payment does Advanced Skin Care accept?

At Advanced Skin Care and Laser Center, we strive to make our treatments as accessible as possible. While we believe that skincare is an essential aspect of health and wellness, we do not bill through insurance. However, we accept CareCredit and Alle Pay in order to help minimize up-front costs.

We accept the four major credit brands of Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, as well as cash payments. We do not accept personal checks.

Does Advanced Skin Care offer any rewards programs?

At our clinic, we work with Alle Rewards, Aspire Awards, and Evolus. These are the manufacturers of some of the most well-known skincare products who have developed their own rewards programs to benefit their loyal users.

At our front desk, we can assist clients with setting up an account based on the products or services received and log treatments as they are completed. Each treatment has an assigned point value, which accumulates in the form of discounts off your next appointment.

What is Advanced Skin Care’s cancellation policy?

At Advanced Skin Care and Laser Center, we do our best to accommodate all clients’ needs. In order to ensure availability and keep the schedule running smoothly, we do maintain a 24-hour in advance notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.

While we do understand that things may come up, and we strive to be as understanding as possible, we do charge a fee to the credit card on file in the case of a last-minute cancellation or no show. With this, please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment.

What is the return policy for products?

At our clinic, all the skincare products sold are medical grade. We want to ensure that you love your skincare routine, but understand that not all products work for all skin types. If you have an allergic reaction to any of our products, please bring the product back for a clinic credit.

However, no other returns or exchanges are accepted.

What options are available for more painful procedures?

We aim to ensure the maximum comfort level for all our clients. With this, we offer complimentary topical numbing cream for some laser treatment and filler appointments. If needed, numbing cream can be picked up at the front desk up to seven days before the scheduled treatment. The topical cream will come with an instruction card, but for best results, apply 60 minutes before your scheduled treatment. The numbness typically lasts a few hours and will wear off on its own with no lasting side effects.

Another option to calm any nerves before an appointment is Pro-Nox. Pro-Nox is a blend of 50% oxygen and 50% nitrous oxide. This is often called laughing gas. Pro-Nox leaves your system quickly, allowing you to resume your daily life shortly after treatment. This self-administered pain management add-on starts at $150.
